Payment & Delivery Information


We use PayPal as our gateway for payments meaning its a secure and trusted environment for processing payments. Your can use all major credit cards, debits cards and of course PayPal to purchase all your gifts or treats to yourself. :-)


We aim to release your purchases that are in stock within 5 to 7 working days, however personalised pieces may take up to 10 working days. Just call us if we need to speed any deliveries along and we will try our very best.

All deliveries are sent to the UK only by Standard Royal mail signed for service. For Europe and Rest of the World please call us on +44 (0)1923 914 055 and we will happily ship to other locations. 

Unfortunately we are not liable for any delays due to inaccurate delivery information provided by you.

Shipping Costs will be calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of the total consignment.



We believe that you will love your purchases whether it be as a gift or a treat for yourself. We understand that from time to time you may want to return items or in the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged, please email us at within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, stating your purchase order reference and reason for return. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. (Excluding delivery fees) Refunds take up to 5 working days of receiving your return.

Please ensure all items are wrapped securely with the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. Due to hygiene reasons unless faulty we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on pierced items.

Personalised Items

Unless faulty we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on personalised items and in the case of our mistake please contact within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

The customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning items. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt and proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
